Open Learning Course The field of residential block management is a complex area of the property services sector underpinned by a wide range of legislation including the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 which has considerable implications for the work of block managers. This open learning course developed and published by a unique cross sector partnership presents an opportunity for practitioners new to the field of block management to acquire the basic skills and knowledge necessary to help them perform effectively in this role. It is aimed at people beginning careers in the property services sector who want to specialise in residential block management and for experienced practitioners in other areas of the sector - like lettings, residential agency, etc. who might be looking to widen their experience in other fields.
